The audio launch of Simbu’s Silambattam is set to happen today. Mumbai model Sanaa Khan has been paired with Simbu in his upcoming film ‘Silambattam’.
The song Nalam Thana is not a complete remix of the old Shivaji Ganesan Number. There are only a few words used from the old hit song. The song Where is da party is said to be a foot tapping number. The movie also has a remix of the Nallavankku Nallavan song Vechikkava Unna. Besides these, Ilayaraja has also lent his voice for one of the songs of the movie.
Silambattam is produced by Lakshmi Movie Makers. Directed by cinematographer-turned-director Saravanan, and has Yuvan Shankar Raja composing the music for the movie.

Lakshmi movie makers’ ‘Silambattam’, stars Silambarasan and debutante Sana Khan in the lead roles. Cinematographer Saravanan directs this film which has Simbu in the role of a Hindu, Brahmin priest. Prabhu Ganesan plays the role of an inspector in ‘Silambattam’.
The film has music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja and three songs of the film ‘Nalamthana’ – the remix of the evergreen classic song from the film ‘Thillana Mohanambal’, ‘Thamizh’, a typical hero-glorification song and ‘Ennavo Pannala’ a peppy number with mischief as the backdrop have been set to good music and are expected to become chart busters.
Currently, the climax scenes are being shot for the movie. The crew of ‘Silambattam’ has done something very new that they have come up with an audio trailer for the film for the first time, unlike in the rest of the movies which usually release the trailer with audio-visuals.

Silambattam Not for Deepavali

It was Silambattam movie which was suppsed to release this Diwali has been postponed to November month. Silambarasan considered this movie a very crucial and the actor is now suffering from Viral fever yet two more songs still pending in the movie and the remaining part of the film is done. It will be Aegan, Vaaranam Aayiram, Seval, Guru En Aalu for Diwali race.
